Manish Bahl has over nine years of experience in the corporate strategy, consulting and market intelligence, gained in a diverse range of organisations and industries. Manish specializes in research on various verticals and segments in Asia, with a special focus on market trends, developments, vendor strategy, company profiling, opportunities, and risks. He has also worked with leading IT vendors to help steer their technology direction, strategic marketing messages and go-to-market strategies, based on industry analysis of technology trends as well as corporate IT buying patterns and business requirements.

Manish Bahl is currently serving as a Director of India and Research Operations for Springboard Research. At Springboard, he is primarily responsible for leading strategic thinking and associated offerings to develop the research coverage of the Indian market and development of India-based research accounts. As the research director, he is also responsible for managing ongoing research projects - through design, execution and analysis process -; internal communications; management and team-building efforts at Springboard India.

Prior to joining Springboard Research, Manish served as a Senior Research Analyst in the market research department of Evalueserve, a firm providing business intelligence, market research and intellectual property services. During this time he was responsible for conducting comprehensive primary and secondary research projects, and was also involved in the strategic planning of the company’s services. Before Evalueserve, Manish served as a team leader in GE Capital Services, a global financial services company. During this time, he received six “Employee of the Month” certificates and was awarded with the trophy of “Best All-rounder”.

Manish received a Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Also, he holds a Post Graduation in International Business from the SCDL, India and is a certified SPSS professional.
