- To manage large and mid-sized custom market research projects from pre-sales assistance through to project completion
- To be a key interface between the client and the project team during the project
- To manage distributed teams for specific projects, leveraging employees (both onshore and offshore), partners, and contractors to deliver successfully
- To analyze the data collected from the field and to help prepare final deliverables to the client
- To provide presentations to the end-client
- To manage the financial aspects of each project including profit/loss, cash flows, payments to 3rd parties, billing cycles, etc.
- To assist sales in proposal creation and project pricing
- To assist with Middle East, Africa, Asia, US and European focused projects

- The candidate must have a proven track record of success and distinction
- Previous experience managing custom research projects
- Extensive project management skills with the ability to handle several projects at one time, working with and managing distributed teams
- The ability to interact, communicate, and present to high-level contacts at our clients’ organizations
- Advanced analytical and writing skills
- Some knowledge of technology and the IT industry is preferred
- Minimum 5-8 yrs experience in market research or consulting
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an established and well-recognized university
- A person who strives to take on a larger role and move into a management/leadership role to help Springboard as we continue to grow explosively
- Fluent in English, traditional Arabic, and French or Spanish
